Livestreaming Q&As
Still have a question? Our team are happy to talk through your event, technical requirements and the best livestreaming solution for your audience.

Your audience can watch through the platform that best suits your event. This may be your social media channel, your website, a private viewing link or a dedicated streaming page. We will guide you through the options and help choose the most appropriate route for your audience and objectives.

If your venue does not have a suitable internet connection, we can discuss alternative connectivity options, including bonded 4G in certain locations. Where mobile coverage is limited, satellite hire may also be available.

Our team arrives with a clear plan already in place. We set up the equipment, test the stream, confirm camera angles and ensure all key elements are ready before your event begins. During the livestream, we manage the technical delivery so you can focus on your audience and the event itself.

For the best results, we recommend a wired internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps. Higher upload speeds allow for a stronger, more stable stream and help determine whether your event can be broadcast in low, medium or HD quality.
Where possible, we prefer to carry out a site check ahead of the event. This allows us to test the connection, review the setup area, plan camera positions and make sure everything is ready for a smooth production on the day.

Depending on the platform and streaming solution you choose, we can provide viewer reporting after the event. This may include information such as unique viewer numbers and, where available, the countries or regions your audience watched from.

The strongest results usually come from promoting your livestream well in advance. We recommend sharing regular updates through social media, email campaigns, newsletters, delegate communications and event collateral, so your audience know when, where and how to watch and engage with your event.
We can also advise on the best streaming destination for your audience, whether that is your website, social channels or a dedicated event platform.

Yes. Our service includes a digital copy of the livestream as your audience experienced it. If you would also like individual camera recordings, these can be supplied for an additional fee, giving you more flexibility for future edits, highlights and promotional content.

Live event streaming allows your audience to watch your event online in real time, from the comfort of their home or office. We can broadcast your event through your own website, selected social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter etc.) or a dedicated streaming platform, creating a professional live experience that reflects the quality of your brand.

Livestreaming gives your event greater reach and stronger engagement with your audience. It allows you to connect with people who may not be able to attend in person and viewers can watch online from the comfort of their home or office.
If you’re looking to expand your in-person attendance, or have people attending your event from multiple locations, you can livestream your event to another room or venue, expanding your event reach.
For businesses and organisations, a livestream can also become a valuable marketing asset. Hosting the broadcast on your website can increase traffic, support wider campaigns and create opportunities to showcase related products, services or future events.

If your existing cameras have an SDI or HDMI output, we can usually connect them into our livestreaming system. Our technician can then manage the live camera mix and direct the feed to your chosen platform (social media, your website etc.), giving your audience a polished, professionally managed broadcast.

We usually recommend a minimum of two camera angles, with the option to scale up depending on the size and style of your event. Our standard system can support up to eight cameras, including static and operated angles, giving your viewers a more dynamic and atmospheric experience.
Our live vision mixing technician will select the strongest angle, in real time, helping your online audience feel closer to the atmosphere and energy of the event.
